As the Founder and CEO of Culturehood, Gem has over 15 years’ experience in the culture and employee experience space. In this time, she has worked with leaders across a host of sectors including technology, recruitment, marketing and design.

Across her career, Gem has designed, developed, and implemented change programs that span the employment lifecycle—from embedding company values to building employer brands, hiring strategies, engagement campaigns, wellness programs, reward & recognition, and diversity and inclusion. Her work has won several awards and accolades including the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ and the Thames Valley ‘Tech Employer of the Year’.

As a strong advocate of building inclusive environments, in her spare time, Gem works as a mentor focused on inspiring more girls and women to consider and progress their careers in technology.
